This aspect of our business involves the BUYING & SELLING of shares on behalf of our customers on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) platform and the NASD OTC Securities Exchange platform. Others include:
- Packaging of bond(s)/share offers
- Marketing of Offers/Issues – FGN Savings Bond, Rights, ETFs, etc
- Full Dematerialization and Verification/Lodgement of shares certificates
We also offer the following ancillary services. Collection of outstanding dividend(s) & bonus from Registrars. That is the collection of dividend and bonus certificates that were lost in transit but returned to the Registrar or are yet to be claimed and fully dematerialised by the shareholder into the respective CSCS
- Confirmation of shareholding(s) from Registrars.
- Change and correction of address and names not limited to signature correction.
- Consolidation of Share Accounts (Multiple CSCS Accounts in same/similar name – pseudo names).
- Transmission/Estate Account Management.
